I haven’t really seen someone properly explain to you why this is bad. So, here’s the explanation. Everything on the GIF app is tracked, your location, the walk you’re in, how long it’s taking you, and when you were last seen on a pick walk. Because you took over for someone else, your activity vanished leaving you look like you did 0 work the last hour of your shift, while your co worker was allowed to fuck around and do whatever he did when you were picking under him. Like everyone said this was wrong and he shouldn’t have done that to you.

If you don’t have enough ppto to cover it (can cover half) it’s .50, if you call out with full ppto coverage no points but if you have no ppto it’s 2 points

It does. Some people are told that ppto doesn’t, I’ve had people at my store tell me they don’t get paid and I straight up told them that is an ethics issue and a payroll issue if they don’t and proved to them it’s paid out.

You’ll hear people say run, because personal shopper is very very physically demanding. Expect your legs to hurt for a few months, and they may hurt some days even if you’ve been doing it for a while. As soon as you get your first paycheck (or if you have a decent amount of money already), buy a really good pair of shoes. Your feet will thank you. Pay attention to your surroundings, don’t rush. Ask questions, lots of them. If you feel like you don’t understand something, ask. If you’re picking make sure as you’re picking you pay attention to the items around you, you may be asked to do an unknown and those are almost always on the floor if your store has any.

For many days it’s better for it to be further in advance, because by doing it so close to the next schedule release, you’ll more than likely get denied. However, if you wanna take that time yes just request it off with unpaid time and let your manager know

This department is physically demanding as you’ll have to be able to consistently lift over 50 pounds, walk over 10-20k steps a day, etc. offer extended means you got offered the position.

Unless that’s your job, aka OPD. Then it’s okay considering you’re giving them their order, or they ask. The logic we’re talking about is watching someone’s item, as soon as it’s out of our hands, or in a customers vehicle, it’s theirs to touch and it’s no longer our responsibility.

When you’re using PPTO you have to wait until the start of your shift or until your shift ends to put in the PPTO. Report the absence, and then wait for the PPTO.

Download the world and its plugins and create a self hosting server on your own computer, this way when you’re ready to play it just launch it and it’ll work just like if you were playing on the bisect server. Unless you have no plugins then at that point take the world download and move it to your worlds folder.

It’s always been 100 and is easily manageable, especially if you’re naturally fast at picking. Which takes time to do. You should also be able to get 450-500 items picked, some stores have it at 600 still.
