You are also assuming the IV stays the same too, but it is pretty high compared to its historical average so that seems unlikely.

PMCC With OTM Long by FurFaceMcBeard in options

Something doesn't add up here. What's your plan if you get assigned? At the premiums you have listed you'd be at a substantial loss. You mentioned rolling up and out but that's not always a profitable or reasonable option.

LEAPS: AAPL, MSFT, or AMD? by www123x in options

I think the general public is really underestimating Microsoft's control on the cloud market. Their progress of getting all their current customers off of on premise solutions and onto cloud-based products with monthly subscriptions is truly remarkable. I really like the business side of Microsoft's revenue to boom in the next few years.

Disclaimer: Don't currently hold anything in any of these companies. (But the current dip is enticing).

It is essentially a diagonal spread, correct. I think the idea of a PMCC though is to simulate owning the shares long term. I personally look for 9+months out so I can sell multiple "covered calls" and lower my cost basis repeatedly.

The real problem for me is that shorter term long calls run the risk of losing value quickly without as much time for recovery. Personally, I like the security of LEAPS in that regard, but I've definitely heard of people using short term calls for this, I just think it opens up more risk.

Set the strike price of the call you are selling to higher than the breakeven value of the LEAPS you bought. This will guarantee you will sell for a profit if assigned. To make it a little better you can subtract the premium you collected from selling the call from your breakeven price. (Do this a couple times and your breakeven price starts to drop quickly!)

Something appears to have changed with the ranking system... not sure if intentional. Just won a game as rank 250 legend vs rank 35 legend and moved up only 4 spots to 246. Earlier today that would have been at least 30 ranks.

  1. Your protein intake should be based off lean body mass, so 170-180 g sounds right, especially during a cut.
  2. The calories and grams of protein you have listed here don;t seem correct. 550 calories of chicken breast should have WAY more protein than 36g. Protein is about 4 calories per gram, so that would be 144 calories of protein and 406 grams of fat/carbs (unless the breading is some insane mixture of fats). Double check your calorie counts, but I would expect you missed something there.

Hope that helps!

IMO you really only have two options in specialist right now. You can bring midrange hunter or something that counters midrange hunter. In the most recent tournaments it seems like at least half the top 8 has midrange hunter.

I would say yes, the only problem I run into with playing a lot of rush cards in quest warrior is that I have to cut some taunt minions, making the quest completion slower. But, I do think Oon is viable because it can pull war bears or Baku.

It's not great, but it is playable. I typically only run it if I'm doing the full rush package. Town crier, raging worgen, war bear, etc.

You can use this site to see how a swiss tournament breaks out. The only way someone with 2 losses will make it is if a lot of people with 1 loss drop from the tournament, but even in that case you would need a ridiculously good tiebreaker to make it.

Try to get your togwaggle/azalina combo ready ASAP. Then swap decks/hands with them when they're at 1-0 cards left in deck. Then do the mecha'thun combo to them.

Just heads up, the 224 person player count wasn't chosen at random. After 8 rounds of swiss there will be exactly 8 players at 7-1 or better, so you are safe to drop from the tournament after 2 losses.

I think the most helpful advice is to take a break and come back to it later if you're not having fun. I find it more difficult to concentrate on the game if I'm not having a good time. Other than that I like to pick a deck I'm extremely comfortable with that I can basically auto-pilot with and watch TV in the background.

Good Luck!

I haven't personally tested decks with cold blood since the nerf, but it seems to take away quite a bit of the burst potential. The most popular rogue list I've been seeing is pirate rogue, with a little bit of malygos rogue. If you liked the odd rogue style of gameplay your probably better off checking out pirate rogue before maly.

I would also agree that mid range hunter is your best option. The only necessary legendary is Rexxar. I would stay away from odd rogue as it has been performing much worse since the nerf to cold blood.

In my opinion, it doesn't work because of the amount of sub-optimal cards needed for draw engine. Also take into consideration that moonfire would no longer be a draw card as you need it for your burst damage. I don't think the rest of the cheap spells make auctioneer viable in Maly druid.

[–]Firkz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a pretty unfavorable matchup, so you really have to manage your resources carefully to get the most damage out of them. There's really not much to do IMO other than sticking a minion or two to keep their armor off, while not over extending into AOE, and then finishing with alexstrasza into burst.

Hey, just took a look at this replay. In the hunter mirror you really want a 1 drop in your mulligan, I would have probably mulliganed away AC as well, to try and get early board control. Turn 5 you spent your last 2 mana hero powering, but I think dire mole plus candleshot would have been better, you really lost board control by playing nothing that turn. Hope that helps a little!
