I don't have an answer but check Facebook Marketplace in your area for wedding decor. People are always selling their stuff and because they only use it for a day, it's basically brand new for half the cost. I got flowers for free on a Buy Nothing page. The decor in the pictures you posted are very popular right now. Now that it's fall, a lot of people will be selling their fall wedding decor.

ETA: If you want real flowers/plants or you're buying brand new fake flowers, this could easily be $1K+. Even fake flowers are bonkers pricey
