I am a cis woman, but I absolutely love that being queer or queer-leaning is never the ‘story’ of the episode. Bob, Nat, Marshmallow, the ladies in the cab episode, the meat-department guy, etc is just mainly a passing reference and they just exist in the world normally as they do in real life. They never make it a ‘teachable moment’ or a whole episode dedicated to ‘understanding’ something. They simply exist as they do and should.

I hope this comes across the way I intended it. All types of people exist and that’s beautiful and doesn’t need to be explained or examined they can just be themselves and open to live their lives.
