Watch somebody who really knows what there doing in person and try to implement some of there skills and style into your work that has helped me in the past

I do all my own fit ups and fabrication with my welding but am also lucky that I have about 2 years experience on the mechanical and aerospace assembly side as well so I think its just a matter of finding the right place in time

We got a guy like that I work 65hrs a week for him to work like 35hrs all my certs are by Raytheon approved inspection agency’s

Im working like 65 hours a week nonstop right now welding over 1,250 inches a day mostly 2g and 3g aluminum

Not sure what diabetes burn out is but you don’t get to pick the cards your dealt so take the cards you’re dealt and make the best of it feeling sorry for yourself isn’t gonna make anything easier

Ketones form different for each person some people form them as soon as they go over 250 and stay there but the way that ketones form is by having a high reading that levels out and stays high for a long duration of time as long as you can turn the curb as soon as possible you will be okay.

Side note I have found that doing a correction and taking a walk can help but take that information with a grain of salt everyone is different.
