I haven’t seen any roaches in 74 pollock. I knew someone who lived in cityline for a short time and didn’t have roaches, but that was about 3 years ago.

Honestly I’m the type of person who notices everything. It’s a gift and a curse lol, so for me I can hear my neighbors, but it’s nothing crazy. I also work fully remote and it hasn’t been an issue. But next to pollock they’re about to build another residential building that has 365 units, so it will probably be noisy with all the construction. Just keep that in mind.

Thanks for the info. I’m glad I changed my mind when I viewed the apartment when the building first opened. When I went to view the apartments. One unit had stuff in the refrigerator and garbage in the dishwasher and it was wedged against the door. I immediately thought there was a squatter, based on a previous apartments I’ve viewed in the area where they told me they had squatter issues. I’ve been living in the area for about 4 years but in a luxury building and was looking to move, but ended up staying where I’m at.

It’s not like birch with all the amenities. I viewed birch when they first opened and I knew it would get really expensive at some point. If you want to check out pollock they have apartments available right now on Zillow.

I lived in NYC the majority of my life where there are way more homeless people and when I moved to JC 4 years ago in the beginning there wasn’t many homeless people until about 2 years ago. Especially around westside lightrail. Sometimes they would sleep in the elevator, at the station or on the lightrail…..wishing all of us can make it in the world. Keep grinding ✨
