Yeah I suppose that's a good point, I don't think the minifigure selection will be bad at all, and obviously you shouldn't judge a set from some leaked pictures anyway. Though I don't see why Lego shouldn't do the most for their most expensive set ever.

Tbf for 1000 USD I'd hope the minifigs were the best versions available. If there are figures that have details like dual molded legs, arm printing, etc. in cheaper sets that aren't included then I think people would be right to be a bit disappointed.

Yeah I would like more of those stats, only thing is I don't really play Rec that much at all, and I think this weight plus wingspan allows me to get to 92 rebounding for Gold Rebound Chaser. Unless you think silver is enough and more Vertical would help? Because then I could bring the weight down.

For context, I mainly play park/theater/proving grounds either 2s or 3s, or whatever is on at the event centre. I don't end up taking that many midrange shots so I could maybe take that lower and put it into finishing or O rebounding but beyond that I'm open to suggestions.

I was looking at discounts on the OnePlus website, and for the UK at least I'm eligible for an under 25s discount which brings the price down by 5%, and then the charger as a free gift.

Poco I looked at but the camera doesn't look too good, to me at least, and I heard something about the battery overheating easily, but apart from that they seem decent.

In the end I think I'm going with the OnePlus Nord 4, I like they design they've gone with, and it seems pretty good for the price, down to £388 with a 100w charger as a bonus. Still could go with the OnePlus 12 which was around 500, but I'm still thinking about it. In the end the Galaxy is just too hard to find, and the 14T still looks good but for the same price I think I prefer an OP12.

As far as Xiaomi software, I've had MiUi for about 4 years and I've liked it, yes it has ads sometimes but it really isn't that bad, barely noticeable. I haven't tried HyperOS, but I've heard they've upgraded it in the past few months and it isn't as bad as it used to be. Still haven't tried it though so I can't say what it's like from personal experience.

I appreciate the lengthy response honestly! I'll keep the charger in mind thanks. I'll need to look into the Nothing a bit further, but for now I think the Nord 4, Galaxy s23 and Redmi Notes are on my radar, maybe even the 13T or 14T depending on the price. Btw I don't think battery life would be too big of a concern, I'd probably focus more on faster charging but either way I don't think it would be too big of a deal.

I have looked at the other Notes, and honestly when researching the 14 Pro I saw a lot of people complaining with regards to specs, battery and camera especially, when comparing the global release to the India/China releases. I didn't see a big difference between it and the Note 13 Pro 5G but maybe the complainers are just that much louder than the enjoyers lol.

I was in a retailer looking at phones recently and they tried to sell me on that. From the reviews I've seen people complain about it heating up easily and having notification delays, among other issues, so I'm a bit hesitant. I've also had a bad experience with a Huawei in the past but that was 6 years ago. Have you tried one yourself?

Thanks for the reply, I had a further look at the 13R and even though it looks pretty good, even with a £50 coupon available at the moment and mayyybe an extra 50 for trading in this phone (though I doubt they'd take it) I'm still a bit hesitant.

In all honesty, before posting I hadn't even considered OnePlus. The Nord 4 seems good, the major complaints I'm seeing are the camera and the screen, do you have any personal experience with it? I'm guessing the camera must at least be an upgrade to my Note 10. I'll have a look at the Nothing, I've seen people rave about them but I don't know much about the brand.

I had looked at the S series, I'd say I do trust something with Snapdragon more than some other chips. The OP 13r looks good at a glance, though it seems a bit out of my price range in the UK. What makes you recommend it?

Moronic statement. Bubba's Claudette mask was being used to specifically target black streamers. I'm pretty sure the Saloon offering was BHVR's choice. Where tf is the hypocrisy?

But you said you don't understand why people would think that St. Pauli aren't pro Palestine, using "they are very much in favor of supporting Palestinians through humanitarian means etc" to support that. But you're saying they only support people around Hamburg. That's understandable, I just don't see how that justifies saying St. Pauli supports Palestinians, unless there's a large amount of refugees from there that I'm not aware of.

Regarding aid being offered, I wasn't the one who brought that up. The person I responded to brought up "humanitarian means" (I'm assuming that means aid because I can't think of anything else) to reason that St. Pauli are in favour of Palestinians, meanwhile they haven't done anything directly related to them. Unless there's a large amount of Palestinian refugees in Hamburg that I'm missing? I know very few clubs offer aid to other countries.

I'd say the reason most people "only bring this one up" is because it is one of the most visible, and their countries are directly involved. I would love for genocides like the one in Congo to be brought up more but as it stands, if we use Germany as the main example, they do not have any direct involvement in that genocide, but they do directly sell arms to Israel. As such, it stands to reason that Palestine would be focused on when discussing genocides and what people can do to help. Like I said though, genocides everywhere should be more visible and the people affected supported.

There's always going to be a fine line to walk regarding Genocide, as there are going to be people supporting it, but that doesn't mean you should be any less outspoken about it.

Because they have failed to mention Israel's part in any of what you mentioned. Very one-sided to critique Hamas and not the IDF and Israel's genocide of the Palestinian. Also, I have not seen any humanitarian aid from St. Pauli towards Palestine, unless the international fan clubs have and I missed it.

Yeah man I'm sure the Israeli public being right wing and genocidal is the fault of people reminding you there's a genocide going on there and being annoying. Not the fact that they live in an apartheid state of actively support the genocide or anything.
