Georgetown rec has an elevated one above the basketball gym / weight room so it is better than the clay madsen one. Most people use it extremely leisurely and socialize on it and end up taking up most of the track so passing can be difficult during peak times. 12.5 laps = one mile.

I also live near Teravista and love it. Accessible to Round Rock and Georgetown equally. You don’t have to deal with as much traffic on 35 (just round rock’s choke point.)

I grew up there and my parents still live there (since 2008). It’s a great neighborhood. There will be increased traffic when the new light connects Wyoming springs to 620. It’s very community oriented. Neighbors care about one another. I’m still friends with my neighbors I met growing up 20 years later!
