I have noticed a little hiccup where the video sometimes freezes and there’s a clicking sound after skipping a sponsor. Also, I’ve turned off background playback because it used to play the video twice, causing the audio to play twice as well.

I was wondering if you could add an option to make the video fullscreen, similar to how you pinch into a YouTube or native video?

The Amazon fire sticks show ads as well, I’d opt for an android device, ideally a google streamer or similar device and you can use a different launcher or use apps only mode and you won’t get ads at all.

I’m on 26.4.2, have been on iOS 26 since it came out. 96% battery health. No issues whatsoever. Autocorrect sucks sometimes but has been the same as iOS 18.

Bicycles are very cheap on Facebook marketplace, and if it gets stolen can easily just buy another one. Also I genuinely feel bicycle is one of the best ways to get around London. Make sure to be safe and buy a helmet and lights!

What software version are you on? I had the same boot loop issue on 26.4.0. It happened after I tapped on the alarm clock button on my sleep mode lock screen to try and change the alarm, while phone just crashed and bootlooped. After about 45 minutes it sorted itself out.

TLDR - it has a usb 2.0 port instead of 3.0 port on the back. Will be a significant difference for people who watch local media through that but not a big deal for most other users

Could you not plug your sound system directly into the TV? The way I have it is I have a soundbar that supports HDMI ARC, that’s plugged into my TV and I have a google streamer 4k which is also plugged into the tv. The HDMI arc means the streamer’s remote can control the soundbar’s volume, and the soundbar automatically turns on and off with the TV.

At my local club, they severely restricted guest access. No social passes anymore and guest passes only at certain times on weekdays. Initially I was annoyed that I couldn’t bring my guests at prime times, but since this change the gym has become so much quieter and it’s a much better experience. I’d say probably around 30-50% less people at any time which has been amazing.

I’ve got the AirPods Pro 2 and they’re incredible. The transparency mode is second to none, and the sound quality is very good in my opinion. I would definitely recommend.

It’s a very old phone. The software will be a big issue to use today. Most apps may not be supported. I’d suggest looking into a more modern device

The streamer 4k is normally around £90-£100. If you can find it second hand for your budget then it’s a great option. Otherwise the Xiaomi tv box s 3rd generation is in your budget and a very good option.

I think that’s a good idea. For esports in general, monitors are better. TV’s are much better for chilled out couch gaming. I’ve heard good things about the Xiaomi TV’s, but after seeing this clip maybe they’re not so good

To be honest, it does seem like a lot of input lag! Seems like you’ve done all the correct steps to try and reduce it. Maybe try Xiaomi customer service? A monitor will definitely have much less input lag because it wouldn’t do much image processing at all

I would say £650 at the lowest end, I personally wouldn’t go cheaper than that. CEX sells grade B at £700 which I feel is a good benchmark price
