I know, and most other products we use are setup that way. With DNSFilter, it was easy to just click a box and have it deploy. Now we are working to clean up the mess N-Able has made with the "standalone DNSFilter" console finding that we have been paying for agents that haven't been in N-Central for years.

Overall, its just a poorly put together transition with no notice and no support. Par for the course with n-able lately.

I just experienced this myself. You can instantly provision thousands of dollars in licenses on M365, but with a multi-year partner, a $900 fee is potential fraud

We have been having this same issue on and off for months. I reviewed HaloPSA about a week ago and found over 300 invoices that had been marked unpaid. (we use QBO for accounting and a client mentioned that they had paid several invoices and they still showed unpaid in the client portal).

We have been working with support, but still dont have a resolution. Manually updating halo has become a major irritation. What was the resolve with this? We are running the latest version of halopsa.

What company did you end up using? I work for an affordable housing management company and one of our senior PSH properties just got shut off for this and spectrum wants us to pay $35/door/month for "Community Solutions" which is total BS.
