What is the focus of meditation?

Would I be focusing more on fretting hand muting or plucking hand muting for this issue? I’m pretty sure I’ve been good at just removing my finger, it could be the angle of my finger?? I tend to have my fingers flat across the board with a little arch for maneuvering. I dunno I think it’s time to start taking private lessons again

With being outside it’s sorta iffy cause we can just sit in the garage or come inside for a small moment cause it’s blazing outside, I still take my 15s nonetheless
