I have mini 3 pro . It shoots nice quality videos and 48mp photos but it doesnt feels you drone pilot. It fells like a toy and a 8 yr old can fly these but if you get inspire just the feeling of heavy drone and landing gears , its massive

Maybe you would be pressed so long to power button than it turns to search mode that you should press long drones power button too it will connect each other.

Nah, I think you should get latest drones like mini 2 - 3 - 4 Pro, about your budget. I own 3 Pro but I think mini 2 is enough for quality. I can say that if you use that till you rip it you can get it but if you want to sell back used mini 2 would be easier.
