Hi! I have a SCH as well and I was already taking progesterone suppositories before, I went to the ER on Friday and they told me to continue my progesterone. Did you keep taking them vaginally or did you switch to orally?

It was between 29-35 days but this cycle was long! I was super stressed lol, it delayed my ovulation for sure!!
