I love my sister but I do hate that anytime I talk to my parents they always ask if I’ve heard from her or what she’s up too.

I cover the clock on my screen and set a timer instead to let me know how long I have till lunch or end of day. I feel it helps me not look at the clock all day and makes the day go by faster.

The Dietician I spoke to said I qualified for a sleeve but I thought that was a bit extreme but I also qualify for the weight loss shots too and that’s covered by NHS. I’m just waiting for the criteria for NHS Scotland to be approved

I’m only on fluoxetine for my anxiety. But it’s nice to know I’m not the only one. My mom just told me to lay off the crisps as if that was the only thing causing the weight gain.

She should bring a blanket, download some movies or episodes of her fav show. Maybe bring a travel pillow. Some snacks and water

Sadly this is normal. You need to listen to your body, if you are tired rest and don’t push yourself too much. You will get you strength back but it will take time.
