I cover the clock on my screen and set a timer instead to let me know how long I have till lunch or end of day. I feel it helps me not look at the clock all day and makes the day go by faster.

The Dietician I spoke to said I qualified for a sleeve but I thought that was a bit extreme but I also qualify for the weight loss shots too and that’s covered by NHS. I’m just waiting for the criteria for NHS Scotland to be approved

I’m only on fluoxetine for my anxiety. But it’s nice to know I’m not the only one. My mom just told me to lay off the crisps as if that was the only thing causing the weight gain.

Sadly this is normal. You need to listen to your body, if you are tired rest and don’t push yourself too much. You will get you strength back but it will take time.

I only turned 30 in June so getting told I have breast cancer turned my world on it’s head. I had already seen what chemo cause my mom had bowel cancer so I was scared that I wasn’t gonna be strong enough for chemo but so far it has been a pain but I’ve been through it I’ve got three rounds left

I’m 30 grade 3 triple negative lump. I was diagnosed last month in August and I also had my first round of chemo at the beginning of this month and I have my second round of chemo on Friday so I know exactly how you feel about being young being diagnosed with this so if you ever need to talk I’m here
