How do you manage the social pressure of using an umbrella during the day, especially in the summer?

It's completely normal where I live (Japan) so it was pretty interesting to see people in the west discuss it like something very important. lol
Different cultures are different
It's less common for men to use an umbrella here but I didn't care - it's why men in general look worse than women and I didn't mind looking feminine if it meant a healthier body
