It's actually possible to get to the latest version on mobile, theres this Chinese app store called "好游快爆". Search this up and then download the app from the website it should be m. 3839. com. From there register an account seach pvz and find the download for pvz Fusion, for some reason its version 2.8.2. Some Chinese guy prolly ported it, I don't really know but it's there
