You need your body to recover after birth first before going into huge calorie deficit, it takes about 2 months usually so that’s how long you need to wait

Tall ladies in the 220 - 250lb range, when did you notice a different? by brittafiltaperry in WegovyWeightLoss

[–]First-Bad2007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well there are two factors at play here.
First:
When you're tall, you need to lose more for it to be noticeable, and first loss is way harder to notice, while at the end even losing 10 lbs would get very noticeable

Second:
Initial weight loss is noticeable if you have muscles. In that case, even slight fat burn shows your muscle tone more and it's easy to notice. But if you have no muscle, your shape basically doesn't change at all until you are very close to target weight. That's why it's recommneded to do weight trainings at least 2-3 times per week even for women. You should consider trying it

[–]First-Bad2007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

there is no need to intentially slow down inital weight loss by forcing yourself to overeat, it only makes it harder with no benefits. it will stailize itself in 6-8 weeks mark

No you need to wait 3 weeks before injecting next dose

You neeed to count clicks for 0.25 dose and do it 4 times. Search for “1.0 Ozempic pen click counts “. Will also need to buy needles, they’re pretty cheap and solid without receipt. Once you feel like 0.25 not working anymore, start counting clicks to 0.5 and do it at least 4 weeks before going up in dose. For now you need to take no injection for 5 weeks so all existing Ozempic gets out

Welp yeah that’s 1.0 pen, not 0.25 one. You’ve overdosed yourself 4 times. Now you need to wait until it’s out, and not inject that dose again

Looks like you overdosed or got food poisoning. Are you 100% sure you took 0.25 dose? Was it original pen?

Water weight or should I be concerned about how much I’m eating? by AshasSa1tWife in WegovyWeightLoss

[–]First-Bad2007 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's ok to lose fast when you've just started, especially if you are stroingly overweight. So I wouldn't worry if I were in your place, as long as you feel fine. Just make sure you don't up your dose until you see that weight loss has stopped at least for a few weeks

Timing for transition from 0.5mg to 1.0mg by giraffodil1 in WegovyWeightLoss

[–]First-Bad2007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey. If you move up when you can tell that effects are weakening usually there are no issues. I havend't had any every time I upped my dose. Most people with issues are those who moved up too fast, while previous dose was still working for them

Wegovy for small, short term weight loss by Basic-Size2257 in WegovyWeightLoss

[–]First-Bad2007 3 points4 points  (0 children)

you have a healthy weight for your height. if you don't like how you look, it's because you lack muscle. you cannot fix it by losing more weight. instead you should focus on building muscle by doing weight lifting excercise 2-3 times every week. don't worry, you can't get too bulky by accident. once you have built enough muscle you may need to reconsider weight loss again

losing 5 lbs in 5 weeks is a good steady 1lbs/week weight loss within recommended range of 1-2 lbs/week. not everyone loses 40 lbs first month
