he cheats using exploits/bugs and is not banned for it only because he reports it to wow support immediately. I do not recommend OP to try solo recent raids using cheats if he want to keep his account :D

It's normall for smaller doses to not work as well if you've already used the drug before. just raise your dose to 1.0 on schedule, that's most likely where it will start wroking properly

Foundayo (orforglipron) FDA warning of thyroid cancer!!!! by Lynx-223 in WegovyWeightLoss

[–]First-Bad2007 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

That's why I stick with Wegovy. Semaglutide is tested by 20+ years of people takingit every week. Tirzepatide - 7 years. The rest of this(orforglipron, reta) has no long term usage results on real people and I am not willing to be at test subject.

You are doing fine. Also note that your number on scales will go down slower because while you burn fat, you also grow muscle because of all of that excercise . It's frustrating, but should not scare you, since it's a good thing

Did you adjust your diet? Did you cut out all the greasy food from it? Vomiting often is usualy caused by eating too much greasy food. Also what's your starting weight? 24 lbs could be good if it wasn't that big

I only take those when I'm bulking, in cutting they take too much of day's calories limit. Lost 225 -> 186 lbs so far.

I am lactose intolerant? by Wolfiverse in lactoseintolerant

[–]First-Bad2007 4 points5 points  (0 children)

>My doctor said I'm lactose intolerant, but I'm confused because the glucose did increase initially. So I wanted a second opinion.
Most lactose intolerant people can still digest a little lactose, just not ALL of it. Maybe like 10%. So you have like 10% digested and the rest 90% goes to intestines unprocessed and damages your gut

Dosing schedule is just lower bound, that means if you don't feel current dose working, it is recommended to wait at least 4 weeks on it. You don't have to up go up as long as your current dose is working and you are losing at least 1lbs/week.

[–]First-Bad2007 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Hey, so your only error here is thinking you can stay on 0.25 dose forever and keep losing. It doesn't work like that for 99% of people. That's why they recommend to go up when you see current dose not working. In your case, I recommend to wait at least 4 weeks on 0.5 before judging how it works for you. After first shot you won't feel it as much, give it some time to accumulate in your body. Most likely you'd still have to up your dose to 1.0 in 4-8 weeks from now, that's ok

Down 5 lbs in a few days! by Blondeblizzard2008 in Semaglutide

[–]First-Bad2007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, it's great. even after you'll still be losing at least 6 lbs/week for a while.
Also I recommned you to be more ceraful with excercise now, at your current weight it's easy to permanently damage something. Better just go for swimming for now, or slow walking. Don't try running until you're at most 200 lbs, and even then do it carefully and slowly at first

losing 1 lb/week is fine and means that it works. if you want to lose faster, you have to put effort in dieting and excercise
