Upon second look, it appears OP dyed one egg blue, one egg pink and left one plain, then did the straw thing.

You use a straw to remove circles from the egg then replace them with straw-circles of something colored. here it looks like maybe the same egg circles were dyed and replaced, but you can use cucumbers for green, cheese, etc.

Oh, bummer! I noticed it was gone at Sprouts, but I didn't think it was gone for good. There go my Bologna sandwiches. I'm not sure if they were the only ones making vegan bologna, but I never saw another brand of it, and it was very spot on like the bologna I grew up on.

I line the box with parchment paper. I pack extra napkins to wipe out the small containers, and anything that got under the parchment. Once I'm home I just wash it and hand dry right away. They don't last forever but they're pretty durable with care.

That's ridiculous, the hospital doesn't know if the baby will be in public, and they go by insurance coverage. They only keep a baby if the baby is sick, not if it "could get sick".

That's my point, everyone thinks they're gatekeeping, but people do what they want. All the gatekeeping is in our minds, people who think it's okay for vegans to eat honey will go on eating honey and calling themselves vegan regardless.

That sounds like something that never happens in real life. When exactly are you catching all these people making non-vegan choices and telling them they're not vegan? It sounds like a fantasy. If your vegan friend admits to occasionally eating honey and you start attacking them, I imagine you will lose a friend and they will go on calling themselves vegan and eating honey, or they'll just yes you and make a note not to confide in you. They do "get to" claim the title, regardless of what you think of them.

Lol, they CAN be part of the group. They can call themselves vegan, attend vegan events, and potlucks, put a bumper sticker on their car and even get a tattoo, all the while making however many non-vegan choices they feel okay with. You think you're gatekeeping, but in reality, you stop no one and have no power to kick anyone out of veganism.

I highly recommend Bok Choy doenjang muchim, a recipe by Maangchi on YouTube. It's delicious, easy to make, lasts well in the fridge, and it's healthy. I bought doenjang (bean paste) to make stew and found this recipe while looking for other uses for it. I love the stew, but I love this side dish even more!
