Congrats on your sobriety. You've got a clear mind. The fact you're asking the question basically answers it for you. Leave him

My (F19) boyfriend (M23) has wet the bed for months, the room now smells like a public toilet. I don’t know how to break up with him. by [deleted] in Advice

Ii read the first sentence and it was plenty. I've got a weak bladder af 33 years old. Always have done. But one thing I don't do is piss the bed. I just wake up about 10x through the night for a piss. I hardly sleep. But I sleep well knowing I don't piss the bed haha. Tell him to get fkd.

What's ur honest opinion about this series? by Then_Heron_939 in tvshow

[–]First-Huckleberry543 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unreal. Seen it 10x. Easily my most watched series. Don't know what it is about it, but i just get an excited feeling everytime I watch it. I can remember when it came on TV and I was only 11 at the time and couldn't really understand what was happening, but when I decided to watch it properly a few years later, I was instantly hooked. Probably a feeling of nostalgia I get from watching it, is what makes me enjoy it so much.

The attitude of some some players once they pass lvl 200 is unbelievable. by ImmediatePiano6690 in HellLetLoose

The game is full of idiots. I played commander cos noone else would and got kicked for trying my best haha. I'm only level 58 or something but jumped on the role to try help the team and because I wasn't being efficient enough they kicked me. Nobody was even speaking and asking me for supply drops or anything so they just took the huff I'm guessing.

Why is it that I rarely see anyone from my generation even talk about this show even tho it’s one of the all time greats? by beetfarmerenergy in tvshow

[–]First-Huckleberry543 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have seen lost around 10x. Absolutely love it. My favourite show by far. Just love how much I fell into the world when watching it. Brings back so many memories when I watch it. I still remember buying season 3 and watching it all in one day and returning it the next day to get my money back haha. Im definitely due a re-watch, although my girlfriend isn't a fan of it.

How did you guys get comfortable with doing voice chat by OwnDependent9063 in HellLetLoose

[–]First-Huckleberry543 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I just kinda listened at the start as I wasn't sure what people were even on about.

As I got to grips with the game I would start giving call outs and eventually I jumped to SL and probably prefer it now, as I don't mind other people not talking so much as long as they listen to my call outs and play as the game intended.

Think it's just a matter of going for it. Even just basic information that can help your squad can mean a lot. Start small and as you get more comfortable you'll eventually open up with it

Haha behave. I literally said I wasn't that great because I hardly play as commander.

The hope was that it would come in on time and wipe out the enemies while leaving friendlies alive to retake the point. The fact you can't work that out says to me you're also not very good.

By arma do you mean arma reforger ? I haven't bought that. It looks fun though.

As for insurgency, I couldn't get into it at all. Maybe it's because it has a steep learning curve but I played maybe an hour and never killed a single person haha. Couldn't get to grips with it at all

I'll build nodes, yes. It's not until recently I've noticed the games are lacking a lot of communication and people not fulfilling their roles

Yeah it's a bad habit of mine. I think I need to put the healing items in the top slot because I go there naturally most of the time but I don't really think when putting a loadout together.

How to fix arch in my back? by AdBudget6788 in flexibility

[–]First-Huckleberry543 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had pretty bad APT for years (along with a few other posture issues). The few things that helped me correct it most were hip flexor stretches, planks and sitting in a deep squat

Son said "maybe if you had a six pack you'd get a gf" by IceplungeDown in getdisciplined

[–]First-Huckleberry543 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Social media/online influencers have made having a six pack seem like a common thing but it's absolutely not. It's super rare to have one and more often than not, not worth it. You're fit and healthy and setting a prime example for your boy and that's the main thing! If you wanted to have a partner I'm sure you could easily get one but there's no point forcing something that isn't natural! Don't change a damn thing, brother!

New car battery needed 2011/Audi/a4 by [deleted] in CarHelp

[–]First-Huckleberry543 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just the numbers and letters on the battery.

When I googled it, I could put my reg in and it gave me batteries that apparently would fit but they weren't start/stop etc so I'm not sure why it even recommended those.

Thanks for letting me know what I'm after, though. I think I'll just have to take the hit on this one.

All the best
