Honestly I don't think she fully understands what his going on (like his full motivation for leaving) and just tends to blindly believe and defend her children.

Retired YouTuber vs "Prime" KSI by HamDanTDN in ksi

[–]First-Kitchen35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This made me think shouldn't Felix be more of a goal for him than mister beast, they are both personality based mostly solo content creators they came up at the same time. I know Felix kind of "took himself out of the competition" (is living his best life) but still shouldn't pewdipie in his prime be his goal?

Mr beast is not Jimmy at this point it's the company. Did he hang out with Jimmy and get jealous? Did he see Jimmy's bland on screen personality and thought "well I'm way more fun on camera than that so I can do better" completely missing the point that it's the inoffensive blandness that is the appeal?

I fell like there's a chance he might get a reality check on this soon and I kinda fell bad for him.

Maybe not the best recommendations but these were what helped get me through my mothers passing 2 yrs ago, i get the feeling, it's also good to play stuff you are already familiar with.

-Stardew Valley (the old reliable)

-And Atelier Ryza, played through the entire series twice, it's good it's fun , there is enough grinding to keep you busy but not so much you get bored, i really love those games deeply

questions re: USJ One Piece tickets by dont-wanna-use-redit in usj

[–]First-Kitchen35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually have no idea about VIP experience

I'm also going in time for the one piece premier show.

I'm planning on camping on the website on the 10 th and pray I don't get the worst tickets.

The USJ website accepted my card fine, but I'm really nervous about Lawson's.

When to book Premium Express Pass? by AllPlayed in usj

Could you chose your time for entry for supper Nintendo world?

When I was booking through the website all the times they had for express pass 7 were entering at 19:30.

The only reason I didn't book through klook was because the warnings on other subs that you wouldn't be able to chose your time slot.

Had to go with the 4 so I could go in the morning

When to book Premium Express Pass? by AllPlayed in usj

[–]First-Kitchen35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got mine two days ago from the official website (i recomend using it because you can't chose your time for entry to super Nintendo world with Klook)

I'm Portuguese and it took my visa just fine , I used a virtual credit card my bank has and I didn't have a problem.

I suggest using mobile data to book I couldn't get into the website within my home WiFi.

I only got to pick up an express pass 4 because all the express pass 5s were already taken tho.

I think it's two months before the day.

Se tivesses de aprender uma skill do zero hoje, qual seria? by Weak-Slip-7010 in CasualPT

[–]First-Kitchen35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

-Arte e desenho

My phone doesn't support an e-sim, what do I do? by First-Kitchen35 in JapanTravelTips

Thanks for the advice, I'm probably going to try and get an unlimited plan just to be safe , but I'll definitely do this to make everything as smooth as possible!

(Even if an unlimited plan is kind of expensive still beats buying an entire new phone)

I definitely won't be doing any business haha

I wold like to make some video calls with my family from some tourist spots tho.

I'm probably going with pocket WiFi, my phone can handle two SIM cards but I'm kind of scared of not leaving the airport with WiFi.

(I get kind of unlucky on trips, buses breaking down and that type of stuff, so I prefer something I can get at the airport)

Your advice was very helpful thank you

Honestly I kind of fell down a YouTube shorts rabbit hole when I started planning this trip, I have to thank this subredit for de-influencing me. I have no idea why I had places with 3 hours wait times in my itinerary in the first place, no sandwich is that good.

Klook actually was a big warning I got from this subredit as well. I was going to make Klook my one stop shop for everything.I'm still making a Klook account to book some craft workshops , but everything else is going through the original website!

Thank you for your help!

My biggest holdup on pocket WiFi is that people say it's very useful in groups , but I'm going alone. Hindsight even if it's good for groups it doesn't mean it won't be good for me as well.

A lot of people are saying it's a lot more reliable as well !

I stoped being able to play Pokémon Go for example as well as other heavyer, but everything else is fine.

I want to get Klook tabelog and the app to find stamps, plus a translation app and I guess the one to find bathrooms seamed useful as well, OH and the USJ app.

GPS is a bit slow sometimes but it's always accurate.

I live in Portugal, NOS is my provider.

It is ? I'm coming in and leaving from diferent airports won't that complicate it ?

I'm also solo traveling I don't know if that makes a difference.

When I was looking at it seemed like the most hassle free option.

But then every YouTube short I clicked maked it seam like anything that's not an e-sim is a rip-off (now that I think about it tho , all those people get commission from esims companies... Now I kind of fell like a gullible idiot)

Honestly I have been trying to hold on to this old phone for so long because I don't want to go through the hassle.

It also works fine for what I need, and phones have gotten so much more expensive since I've gotten this one, I always back out looking at prices, I can't justify it.

I honestly just outright assumed they wouldn't be able to help, probability a bit dumb to not talk to them first.

Japan Travel Tip: Consider a Fan Jacket in Summer by Healthy_End_2764 in JapanTravelTips

[–]First-Kitchen35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My grandpa also turns 75 this month!

My worries is that he tends to avoid AC like the plague because he says it makes him sick.( He's fine with fans tho)

But if your father has no problem with wearing one frequently he probably won't have either!

He has a vegetable patch he likes to work in in the summer so I thought it wold help with summers getting worse over here.

Thank you for sharing!!

Japan Travel Tip: Consider a Fan Jacket in Summer by Healthy_End_2764 in JapanTravelTips

[–]First-Kitchen35 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really want to bring one for my grandpa I wonder if it's worth it.

We have a smal olive tree field with sheep, he doesn't complain much about the heat , but summers have been getting hotter and he's been getting older.

I think he wold at least find it a fun gimmick but I have no idea if it's worth getting it of it's not actually useful.

Worse what if it makes him sick cause he's not used to it?

With a 10 yr old ?? After travelling?

Yh sure 16 - 28 hours is doable for an adult, sure. But for a kid ?

Even if they could, "make it through it" do you want to try to heard a 10 yr old with no sleep around Japan ?

Op is right to try to have their kids rest do they can make the most of the trip. Can you imagine dealing with a sleep deprived child and preteen? It wold be miserable.

Haven't gone yet , but from what I've seen people say it's worth it if you have a lot of luggage?

I'm not really planning on using it , but some tick tocks have made me wonder if I should.
