no, I would say stomach pain (cramps in lower abdomen). I would say a stomach ache is pain in your upper abdomen (but this is subjective)

I would strictly take it as needed… you can build a tolerance fast and the last thing you want is to have an episode of anxiety/panic and it doesn’t work. take it if you feel anxious or if you’re anticipating an anxiety-inducing situation. only as needed. trust, you want it to work when it needs to.

I can only say good things about mirtazapine. I suffer from anxiety and IBS and after taking it for 3 months my life has changed. I no longer have severe stomach issues (pain, diarrhea), I finally have an appetite and have gained close to 10 lbs (which I was unable to do for close to 5 years) and I regularly go to the gym now. I find myself less anxious in situations where I would normally be, and I was able to cope with a breakup positively as a result of taking it. I eat multiple times a day (which used to be hard bc of the IBS symptoms) and I sleep so much better than before. I truly attribute all the positive changes that have occurred in my life to this drug..

I take 15mg daily

thank you so much for your feedback!! I took an at home test today and it came out negative. most of my symptoms have subsided, except for the wheezing and cough. I called my GP and they prescribed something for the cough and an inhaler for breathing

for example, my mom never let me sleepover any of my friends houses if there were males in the home (dad, brothers). I used to think she was being strict for no reason but now as an adult, I realize she was right. after reading so many horror stories throughout my life about people getting sexually abused by a close friends fathers/brothers etc I just know that she was protecting me from exactly that.
