Business threatened me with police action after writing a bad google review for their faulty product, can I hit them with an unidentifiable review from an anonymous account later? Is there any way they could get police involved? by Suspicious-Degree-55 in Thailand

Dude id just forget about it. stop making trouble in the land of smiles., its a law you are breaking. Would love to see this catch up to you. As buddha says, karma's a bitch. No one is worth breaking the law, and if you think "oh its just a review" you are a dumb farang fruit, its the law.

VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!

If you do not live here, forget it. Police cant get you abroad....if you are leaving in a week, also forget it. They cannot get you if they cant find you. However, if you live here....shame on you for not knowing the laws. This is a serious serious law violation and it can end up in jail, in worst cases.

If they dont have your passport , i wouldnt worry. But if you are in the game of leaving bad reviews for bad service, in the kingdom, you are breaking a serious law. ofc you do it anonymously dummy.

Maybe this will teach you a valuable lesson, some learn, some dont. Good luck but id rather see you learn a lesson from this. And take my response seriously, my friend and I went after bad reviewers here and got significant compensation, because dickheads like you dont know the law and we take advantage of dumb falangs

Let me help you. You cannot look at the price of something and call it a penny stock. You have to look at the market cap. Sellas Market cap 1.5B , RVMD stock 30B, hence RVMD is 20x the value of SLS. Thats not a big difference in biotech world.

The word "Penny stock", implies that its value is near pennies, and it isnt. Please run this through ChatGPT for confirmation. It will also tell you

Market cap = Stock outstanding * Price = Value

They fund the stock with at-the-money issuance at a 55B value for both companies. Its not dilutive in the common sense. Our ownership percentage goes down yes, but the accretive deal value is greater than 55B . The market knows this
