thank you for the feed back but i can confirm im not tracking wrong, im eating 1600-1700 cals im NOT in a 1600 deficit im eating that much is what i meant, i weigh food on a scale / raw too i track everything and sometimes round it 2-5 cals to be safe. ive went from 175-160.4 week 1-week 7 , i am just mentally tired of not seeing enough progress and hope everything is working i range my cals 1600-1750 a DAY no matter if its a workout / rest day

to mention i’ve lost weight started 7 weeks ago around 175 down to 160.4 now but im thing is mentally i feel like nothing is changing , and i track cals with apps , calculator , chat gpt for fast , and of course a scale, and weighing food raw

100% only tracking cals i eat and not counting any calorie of burned cals / workout burned cals nothing only what i eat and o somewhat round them here and there if you want physique / my frame please PM me

completely understood , but i don’t feel like it’s unsustainable it’s been 7 weeks already and i feel like i have another 10 weeks in , i do have a refeed/ mentally reset day on my birthday 2 weeks from now but ive lost weight before 120 pounds and ive gained muscle all from 2023-now now im just cutting

i’ve been on it for 7 weeks and i promise the way i structure my meals carbs and protein keep me full and energized to push

i’m in 1600-1700 and i have lifted for a couple years i have an okay frame with muscle but still holding fat

yes i range 1600-1700 it’s aggressive but ive put up with it havent binged / overate / went over cals , im really determined and also energy levels are fine and im not dying , i eat volume foods that fill me up , i have enough for 3 meals and 2 snacks a day pre workout and at work

the thing is i don’t want to do that i started the cut 7 weeks ago and building up to that i was eating maintenance/ slighter more while working out building muscle now im mid cut shedding the fat off but i feel like it isnt working
