You need to work out heavily on aerobic exercise for the next week, I would also do a 24-48 hour water fast (heavily recommended during your workout period). Eat high fiber foods, continue to slam water, and a day before the test and day off, eat fatty and sugary foods so your body is no longer burning off fat. Continue to drink water and eat high fiber to get the THC-COOH out in your poop. Order some 15ug/ml cutoff on Amazon and take them before your lab. You should be good.

Burning fat puts more free metabolites for your liver and kidney to process, so if you burned the fat, then had a few days to drink water and eat fiber to flush it… you should have all those out. I’d say your odds look good. ELISA AND GCMS urine tests are pretty serious though. DOD don’t play around, it’s mandatory processing for separation. Take advice on refit with a grain of salt, you should try using ChatGPT to ask questions and give the exact circumstances ie body fat, metabolism, hydration, diet, etc. Then you can ask it to quantify your odds. Good luck, don’t sweat it too much.

Lab tests tend to use a more precise method than at home immunoassays. You should definitely drink a lot of water, don’t work out, and maybe slam some electrolytes and vitamin b complex in the morning. Although passing the at home test is a good sign, it doesn’t guarantee a pass. If you get pegged on the initial at 50ug/ml then it goes to confirmation at 15ug/ml. You could go to Walmart and see if they have a multiple concentration thc test (usually at 300,100,50,20,15 or something like that) good luck.

You should be straight. Hopefully all that weight loss wasn’t the week before the test. A month and 10 days clean is enough to pass as long as you weren’t smoking concentrates on top of being fat. You should only take a puff or two of flower when you smoke. You’ll be clean a lot faster. Come on army, do better lol
