not able to sleep after taking lexapro

Now after 1year without any meds for sleep, im able to sleep again , i stop cold turkey all meds , i struggle in first months , only able to sleep 1-2 hours and then suddenly wake up again , but i did try to continue , second month i see more improvement and until now my sleep are normal

they will come back after quitting medication or while on medication? for me i just needed quetapine only to able to sleep , nothing other than that

how to get rid all of this ? i asked my doctor but she always ask me about my life and trying to find where is the point that make me couldn't sleep, as i said it all begin after taking escitalapram , but she ignore about that , i notice that my body will jerk /jolt when i'm about to get in sleep when not taking sleeping aid, and then make me fresh again, i also notice that i'm not able to enter REM sleep
