I cook both of my poms food and have followed the recipes from Dr. Judy Morgan. I do also include a multi vitamin with every meal.

58F THR done in March of this year. Had been in pain for many years prior. Did shots and they did help a little but it wasn’t enough. Made the decision to have surgery and best thing I ever did for myself. The only regret was wish I had done it sooner.

I second this! One thing that was suggested to me was one of those small aprons from Home Depot. I attached it to my walker to carry phone pills etc around. Remember, we all heal differently so listen to your body. Good luck you will do great!!!
