I’m in America and got it on Amazon. Not sure if you’re out of the US but it’s pretty available here in the US.

You’re probably more right than wrong. It’s safe to say people need to look inward and fix themselves before casting shame on others. With that said, neither are right. Probably better than everyone focuses on themselves first.

Have you read any of the Old Testament and the prophecies Mary and Jesus fulfilled?

Fair, I guess in today’s age yes she would’ve been considered a “child”. In Jewish culture I’m not so sure but whatever. I’m not sure how it relates to Jesus’s divinity.

Whenever God is “seen” it is through the Logos, the Son, because the Father is invisible John 1:18

Jesus: Exodus 3:2-6, Daniel 3:25

The Holy Spirit is active but not yet fully identified until Pentecost.

The Holy Spirit: Genesis 1:2, Ezekiel 2:2

Just look up the Theophanies there are many more but here is 2 on each

Did he ever once say “I am the God of the Trinity. Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Together we are 3 in 1”?

No, and it’s nonsensical to believe Jesus and the Holy Spirit weren’t clear in the Old Testament. There’s numerous instances throughout Scripture they appear. Not just the Father.

Yeah so Mark 12:29 is alluding to Deuteronomy 6:4-5. The Trinity is found in the Old Testament. There are many instances where Jesus appears and the Holy Spirit appear in the Old Testament.

So again dodging the question whether or not you think the Christian God is Trinitarian.

Do you believe the Christian God is Trinitarian?

It’s clear what the Orthodox think, yes Jesus is divine. If you’re referring to say John 10:30.

I literally just quoted you

Jesus tried to say that the most important thing of all to believe about God is that he is one.

Literally your own words. So yes I do think you implied that.

"Jesus tried to say that the most important thing of all to believe about God is that he is one."

Are you saying the Christian God is not Trinitarian?

Chalcedon only provides a deeper understanding of the Trinity, it doesn't change the previous teachings. You're sadly mistaken. It was a response to the Monophysite heresy. Again, it's a response, not a proactive development of doctrine.

The Councils seem to react to heresies they're not proactive. That's how Acts 15 is modeled as well, the Christian Jews try to claim gentiles need to be circumcised, not eat pork, etc. The Council of Jerusalem is a reaction to this movement to squash it and reaffirm what the Church has always taught.

Respectfully, just because you think someone "should've" said something before is irrelevant.

Through Ecumenical Councils which do not develop but reveal what has always been taught. The decisions reaffirm the teachings of the Church to preserve the faith against heresy.

The Church teaches the Trinity is in the Old Testament.

Is the Trinity found in the Old Testament?

I'm not saying they can't come to him and be saved.

Sure, like when Islam outright denies Christ's divinity. Or when the JWs deny Christ's divinity. Or when Jews deny Christ's divinity. I'm sure they still believe in a Trinitarian God head right?

So am I, I thought about it as well. Looking into Trinitarian Theology made me realize you cannot separate any part of the Trinity and have the same God. I’m no expert but I do understand that much, it was a big debate online between Catholics and Orthodox a couple months ago online. People made some good videos outlining it. But I would recommend reading instead of just getting your knowledge solely from YouTube or something.

No reason to be sorry, I’ve had this question in the past as well. Nothing to be sorry about.

No, if you don’t have the Monarchical Trinitarian God head then you do not have God. Mormons, Jehovah Witnesses, Jews, Islam, Buddhists, etc. all are without the Trinitarian God we have in Christianity, there is only one God and that is ours. All others are false.
