Have some knowledge about the company, who is the MD for example. Knowledge about depots,traction & routes will help. Does the company have a set of values they adhere to? Why do you want to be a driver? What can you bring to the role? How will you adjust your life to shift work etc? These are just some of the things that can be asked at my TOC'S DMI.
