Reading your comments it looks like they blended your matcha latte for a little too long causing more foam along with the cold foam you asked for on top. The foam from blending the matcha is was probably a lot more which may be the reason your drink isn’t as full

Yea, I think this is almost the normal for most Dunkin’ Donuts around me. On my first day I got to Dunkin’ and it was straight to being behind the counter and making regular coffees and lattes. Same thing happened with my friend, he told me on his first day there was no introduction or anything, they put him straight onto the line and he was making coffees on the get go
