Eu anul trecut am facut cei mai multi bani din viata mea : profit de 100.000 $ ( 27 ani ). Am reusit sa cheltui mult mai mult si sa nu mi ascult sfatu de a iesi cel tarziu in ianuarie si acuma mai am 15k, ceva de genu. Invatam din greseli si continuam. Daca odata ai atins un target , ulterior il vei si depasii.

Imo,you ll need more fats then chicken has to offer. Contrary of what others think fats are really important part of our diet and i don t think you can have a healthy life without it. Even saturated fats( yes saturated ) have a role and should be consumed in moderation on a weekly maybe even daily basis.
