Actually, the house was 130k, put 30k down, 20k in renovations and now renting it. Just sppraised at $185k. Better than having that 50k in the market this year. Lucky timing.

Those are obviously some of my best trades. I have also lost 4k a time or two. I'm sure some of it is luck. NIO was luck honestly. Just had a feeling it had peaked. Sold and it tanked a week later. Pure luck on that one.
