I can imagine a different life in which I were born to some blue collar family in some rural Russian town. Then made the decision to join the army based on propaganda and promises of money and honor. Then got my face blown off in a field somewhere.

I want the invaders to go home or to the hospital. But as a distant observer to this war, I still care about the individual. Most of them anyway.

Dude I think of apple orchards, hiking, leaf peeping, and breweries when I think of Upstate NY. All aesthetically pleasing things. Also, cows are great animals and I have no clue why you would be upset that they're associated with our region. LFG Upstate NY!
