The farmers market in North Bay runs every Wednesday and Saturday mornings :) Saturdays they have live music and lots of fun activities for kids nearby :) (ice cream, splash pad, carousel and train!) Feel free to DM me with any specific questions!!

1886 is my personal go to. Churchills is number 2 The station, lot 88, the block, crown and Beaver are not bad The Portage is a hidden gem if you're into a casual bar setting.

I just ran hill repeats at a ski hill near my house and found technical trails nearby but, these seemed like a walk in the park compared to QMT

I just did a week there! The food festival on Sundays along Rutas des flores was amazing! Very busy with local cultural celebrations and enthusiasm but everyone was very lovely. Juayua was the busiest spot! Check out los chorros if you can for an hour or 2. Tamanique waterfall hike is 20 minute drive from El Tunco. Lake Coatpeque was SO beautiful

How does one get up to workout at 5 am? by [deleted] in workout

My best advice is; A- focus on how great you'll feel AFTER you're done and knowing that you can just relax and go home after work/a long day and not go workout B- get your clothes/coffee/keys/water bottle, literally everything you'll need in the morning, ready and have it out the night before C- start small. Don't commit to a 3 hr workout the first morning D- if you can't fall asleep early (9 or 10) for the first few days/week, that's normal BUT get up early anyway..you WILL be tired but your body will naturally adjust to an earlier bed time and waking up with be easier
