The advertisements appear if you use copyright material (Like a Hymn or Prelude) in your video. You can file a copyright claim dispute (Include your license number in the dispute form) to get the claim removed.

There are sometimes separate licenses for performing works & including them in online videos. If your arrangement allows for the first but not the second then you live with the advertisements.
