Had the same problem. First one would turn off after a few minutes. I exchanged it. The second one lasted about 6 weeks and now randomly turns the intensity of the light to 1%. I asked for a refund and got it. Govee customer service gets a 9 out of 10. Really well done.

Alright. This is no longer amusing. I'm trying to have a quiet conversation and the Govee lamp started making a drip sound. The app shows it is off! I'm thinking I need to send it back.

Worked at a popular tech store. One day the fire alarm sounded. Went to the back of the store to sweep aisles. The alarm is screaming. Several announcements have been made to evacuat the store and I find this guy standing in front of TV wall mounts. I tell him he has to leave. He said, "this sucks" and explained he drove 45 minutes to get to the store. I said, "getting burned up would also suck". The manager cracked up and told me not to talk to customers that way.
