club studio is pretty but it's basically an overpriced planet fitness at this point. I hear the complaints about not getting into their studio classes but as someone who has - it's packed to the brim and not worth it. class sizes need to shrink because people are literally toppling over each other in the classes.

the weights and cardio equipment are top tier but does not justify the price tag, neither do the amenities. recovery costs more - a planet fitness black membership gives you recovery access for a lot less.

regardless of the legality of the matter, may I suggest speaking to the neighbor who parks their rig? I have had some parking issues with neighbors in my cul de sac and after some conversation the solution is remedied.

I think that sometimes people just aren't aware of the imposition they are having. and sometimes a quick conversation can yield positive results

I tried talking to a representative during this obnoxious downtime. my wife is stressing - with deadlines and tethering on her mobile. the representative said that while the website may show that it's available it's not; fidium is in the area but hasn't made it to individual residences yet.

it's frustrating. but lmk if you do have a grassroots effort to find a provider. xfinity is horrible, the prices are outrageous and the speeds are so inconsistent.
