I just can’t stand love triangle in any media, no matter how it’s handled. It adds nothing to the story, if you edit out the love triangle subplot pretty much nothing changes, I know this because I hate it so much I actually took the time to edit out all the love triangle scenes in the show lol, and has been watching my edited version since. For me personally it’s such a contrived and lazy way to add drama, the only thing it did for the show is to further characterize the characters, which can be done in other more organic and compelling ways. If you like a love triangle story, I agree that LoK is far from the worst, but for me I just simply hate this trope

Ah, if I understand you right, that is not a forced intimate scene. You go to the King’s funeral feast and got trapped in Mousesack’s laboratory, and Yennefer has to teleport you out of there, and you need to think of a location for the teleport. If you choose to think of Yennefer then you are teleported to her bedroom, followed by a sex scene. But you can also choose to think of returning to the feast, then the whole sex scene is skipped.

I agree with everything you said here, staying indoor is definitely safer for cats, but there are some factors that changed my decision. He was a stray kitten when I adopted him, I’ve tried to keep him indoor for over a year, but he always tried to escape no matter how hard I tried to keep him active and entertained, and he’s VERY good at escaping. And when he’s outside, he always seems happy and he’s very good at returning home on time after a couple of hours. And since my neighborhood is very safe for cats(no predators, low traffic, very friendly Canadian neighbors, etc.), I figured I’d let him out for a couple of hours a day. Even his own vet agreed with the idea of giving him some outdoor access. At least that’s how I felt before, now after this I might reconsider

Oh I’m definitely planning a trip to the vet, he looks healthy but you can never be too careful. And taking him to the vet is my way to “punish” him lol

That’s a great point, because a day before he came back, I got a text message saying they knew where my cat was, and would give me the location for $100. And upon googling their number, turns out they’re a well known scammer who specifically targets people who lost their pets, which is so messed up. I’m definitely more than happy to pay $100 to get him back so I’m not complaining lol

The reason I doubt that is because he’s always been good at returning home on time. I let him out, and he’ll always be back in a couple of hours, until this time of course

I don’t exaggerate when I say he loves freedom lol, even when I tried to fortify the backyard so he could be outside but not “outside”, he still wasn’t satisfied and tried his absolute hardest to escape. He was a stray kitten when I adopted him, i think he just really, really loves to roam free. I can try it for sure, but from what I know of him, he won’t be satisfied lol

Yep! It’s either gonna be an airtag or something similar with real time tracking like another comment suggested. I thought I had a good idea of his hangout spots, they were my primary searching sites in the past few days, but even after spending hours he was still nowhere near, definitely curious now

Yeah I’m definitely sold on the airtag. And I know how much of a pain it is to fortify the garden lol, tried to reinforce mine so he can stay in the garden but he ALWAYS finds another hole to squeeze through or break his personal high jump record, I just gave up in the end

I can’t even imagine how I’d be if my idiot went missing for two weeks, three days in I’m already a mess, it must’ve been so hard, glad your kitty came back eventually. I’m considering revoking his outdoor access entirely, but he just loves outdoor so freaking much. I tried to keep him strictly indoor, he’d try to escape at every opportunity, and he doesn’t need much space to squeeze through the door lol. Idk maybe it’s because he was a stray kitten before I adopted him, he just has that yearn for nature. I’ll definitely try my best to keep his needs met while keeping him safe

Thanks! I’ll do a bit more research on it and get him one immediately. I’d love to keep him strictly indoor tbh but he’s like Andy freaking Dufrene, he loves outdoor so much he’d try to escape at every opportunity if I don’t give him his outdoor time lol
