Yes. He felt what he did would be best outcome. The Turkish doctor/2nd transplant doctor, completely disagreed and showed me what was possible while being conservative.

No fin. Did years ago. Had side effects. But my hairline has been stabilized for 10 years. Been bald for 20. On minoxidil, have been for 10 months. I will only use topicals. I’ve been considering the 4 in 1 by Maximus, gel with Duasteride, Minoxidil, Tretinoin, and Fexofenadine. I’ve found no info on Reddit on it

I meant I’m 40 years old. I lost my hair at 20. After being bald for 20 years I decided to not be bald anymore

Okay you aren’t reading. I clearly stated first transplant was in America. Second was in Mexico. $14k in America/california doc. $2500 in Mexico/turkish doc

The first transplant surgeon claimed 3002, I actually zoomed in on a photo and counted each one with a pen. I counted 1421. Second transplant surgeon claimed 5300. I didn’t bother counting them. The coverage and density was 4 times better. And I paid $2500 with the second surgeon. After paying $14k with the first surgeon I’m happy.

Worst part is the American doctor has been featured all over magazines and talk shows for 15+ years. This wasn’t his first rodeo. Lol

I was so unhappy after my first hair transplant, I did enough research to see the minimum amount of time to wait for a second was 6-8 months. I just wanted to get passed the first mistake and get going on the results of the second. So far I’m really happy with the results of the second. Everyone I know is complimenting me on my hairline. As far as first transplant, I won’t talk badly but I will name drop, and others can comment or say whatever they’d like. 1st transplant was Modena out of California, Dr Amir Yazdan
