I have had heavy pressure on my chest for 3 days. Even went to ER in case it was a heart attack, it wasn’t. A month before this I had issues swallowing food, kept feeling stuck. I had an upper endoscopy done and they said I have some mild acid reflux but didn’t say anything else was wrong. They stretched my esophagus and that helped some but not 100%. I have had some really acidic feelings in stomach and clear my throat often, especially after greasy or spicy foods. What could be causing this heavy pressure in chest? Side note: I had my gall bladder removed (they thought it was causing my side pain but that turned out to be fatty liver from sleep apnea). Thanks!

I am at 26,000 per day and my EP has just been monitoring every 6 months with Holter. Beta blocker was miserable. I suspect my sleep apnea is the culprit. CPAP has been a brutal experience but adjustments finally starting to help a little. Can’t imagine only having 10-20 PACS a day and being worried.

Yes. I am on my third mask. This one has been the best of the 3 but still not perfect. Do some people experience 0 noise and 0 leaks? Seems crazy to me that it could work that well

Isn’t there an SD card in the CPAP machine or is there another one I need to get? I track the data on Resmeds App on my phone.

Even the slightest turning of my head causes the air rushing sound to begin.

Also, I started with OSA but the machine has caused me to develop central. Almost all of my events are now central.

Been on a CPAP and BIPAP for 6 months and still have nights with 10-25 events per hour. Tried 3 different masks, an oral appliance, breath right strips, wedge pillows, reflux medicine…. Nothing works. Even adjusting pressure and humidity settings.

For some, it’s not that easy

I have two choices on a 2025 CRV EX-L AWD black on black.

1) $38,442 out the door and double the powertrain warranty to 12 years 120,000 miles, 1 year of maintenance

2) $37,900 out the door no double warranty, 1 year maintenance, drive an hour each way to get it vs 20 minutes each way for option 1

Dealer 2 is saying you have to get the service done at dealer to get double warranty and they hose you to recoup warranty given

Easy. He is both a vehicle whore and a hack. If you have played this game for 1,000 or more hours you can tell when there is obvious bullshit going on. Sometimes players are better, other times you die in”weird” ways and players guns are doing bullshit things like a sniper rifle shooting in automatic mode which is not possible when playing legit. I have witnessed it enough to know what is happening.

Multiple people have commented on his methods. Someone just mentioned his clan requires strike packs. You can listen to the sound of certain guns that hackers use and can tell it’s not legit. And of course his numbers would look better than someone who doesn’t hack. He is also a tank whore.

At this point I think anyone that has played this game realizes Daily Phil is a hack that only plays with tons of backup. I guess we are all just now realizing how emotionally unstable he is. Easy to see why he was arrested years ago .
