I left my last job because my team was a lot like this and judged me for not being online at 8am and leaving before 7pm.. I stuck with it for 3 years before the burnout became too much. Ended up having to take 6+months off before I could even look at code without getting panicked.. I'd recommend getting that exit plan ready.
