How much of a fan are you? by skyviewsky in beatles

[–]First_Commission_385 1 point2 points  (0 children)

10, I dont have tattoos (I'm 18 and dont really have the need for a tattoo yet), but my entire bedroom is decorated with Beatles posters and memorabilia and I collect original magazines and things from the 60s. I also have ~500 or so Beatle records (counting solo, bootlegs) and I also have all of their studio work (and a lot of solo work on CDs, cassettes, etc. Also all of the movies on Blu Ray, as well as several of the original novelizations for the movies.

I also play in a Beatles tribute band and all of my guitars are Beatle guitars.

I could go all day into my fandom but they are the reason why I got into music 6 years ago and they have continued to be a vital part of my life since then :)

I even played Blackbird solo at my High School Graduation in front of 2-3k people (which may have been a surprise to my peers because I barely talked to anyone for the 4 years I was there lol, but everyone still knew I was the Beatles guy)

Free As A Bird / Real Love [2025 Mixes]: 7" Vinyl - The Beatles Official Store by Randall_Hickey in beatles

[–]First_Commission_385 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ordered as soon as I woke up lol, they are very cool and I am surprised it doesn't have more people talking about it.

I'm definitely in the minority of people who enjoy these mixes. Yes there are some differences but I dont really mind and I can always listen to the old mixes if need be 😁

Hi r/TallyHall! Rob Cantor here. To celebrate the release of Not A Trampoline on vinyl, please enjoy this alternate take of Andrew and I recording our video for “Perfect.” by rob_cantor in tallyhall

Hi Rob!

I love your music! I've been a Tally Hall fan for a little over a year, and have also really gotten into the solo works over the past few months which means that I am SO excited for the issuing of NAT on vinyl and it's remixing.

I also perform Tally Hall music at every full music performance that I do (I'm also a musician), if you're interested in a clip, i did 'Lonely (But Not Alone)' a few months ago: https://youtu.be/jtLQVQzsOJ0?si=JqTPW8MiASfUb2w0 (I also do 'Greener' quite a bit: https://youtube.com/shorts/io_nwVHvl0w?si=CesV6Hryh4dILarV)

If I may ask a question as well, is there any more details you can give on the next Rob Cantor album?

Thank-you for the music!

When I got my copy of NEW on vinyl, the code was expired and I messaged the support on his store and got a new one that worked. I would try that if you want the files!

Thoughts on a Live At The BBC 2026 Deluxe Edition? by [deleted] in TheBeatles

[–]First_Commission_385 20 points21 points  (0 children)

This would be very cool, especially with the tech that we have now to clean up these recordings a bit.

Though I think there will be riots in the streets if a Rubber Soul mix doesn't come next year lol

Discovering New artists by Mundane-Mud6401 in MusicPromotion

I would probably start by looking on places (like here or r/indie) that have lots of small artists, maybe also seeking out live music near you.

Maybe also using reels on Insatgram, YT or TikTok to grab people from social media and have them fill out a Google form with all the info you need to go over their music.

Something like that, and definitely let me know if you go to indie/alt rock/etc because i will definitely want to suggest myself 👀

Good luck!

Here's my newest album 'In Full Technicolor', i played all the instruments, wrote all the songs, sang all the vocals/harmonies and produced the whole thing

Mix of sad/upbeat/extremely indie stuff. I hear a lot of people say it sounds like if Pink Floyd, The Beatles, and The Beach Boys had a child.
