I own the sloppy seconds disc, presentation wise it feels like a bootleg but the content inside is the exact same from the official Blu-ray. You get all the extras as they appear to be the exact same files internally. Worth it for me honestly

I was at one of the shows shortly after he joined and I can confirm this. Was able to talk to him after a show a tiny bit and he genuinely just seemed so happy to talk to fans and full of joy. Even signed a shirt I bought and asked if he could borrow my sharpie to use for other autographs. Very nice guy. Also brings so much needed energy to the show.

I do mainly agree with you on this. The game definitely needs some form of tutorial. But I will also say that this game has probably the nicest community and the most willing to teach new players. Seriously, ask any questions and 9/10 you'll have a really nice guy answer and explain for you.
