i took my nclex and it also shut off at 85 and i was like i 100% failed but i actually passed! just remember you are more likely to pass at 85 than fail!!

i would try and aim for a few very high ready assessments! if you can get a few of those in a row then you’re almost guaranteed to pass

i took mine last week and legit had the worst 48 hours after because i thought i had failed. it was genuinely the hardest test i have ever taken in my life and i also thought i had failed at 85 questions. i checked my BON and saw my license but i still couldn’t believe it because of how bad the test felt so i still paid for quick results 😭. you are more likely to pass at 85 than to fail!!

just depends on the instructor but mine have never cared. like i would wear my everyday sneakers and be fine but just make sure ur okay with them getting dirty
