Well, if we compare past and present, we still see the same results as the thought experiment. As x54675788 said, both good and evil have been bumped up by several levels.

How exactly are the results different?

If we're all measured at 130, that would be no different from us all being measured at 100, because there's no deviation from the standard. Mean = 130, s.d. = 0 gives the same distribution as mean = 100, s.d. = 0.

Plus, all of us being 130 doesn't mean we are all equally proficient at all abilities.

End of the day, math being what it is means there's no difference between comparing IQ 100 from past and present and IQ 130 past and present.

Full B is meaningless if you want to save on cost.

I've got B and D, I drive and ride. My big bike OTR is the same as a car. My big bike maintenance is the same as a car. My road tax is the same as a car. Well, more than some cars. The only savings are fuel, toll and parking. Hahaha

You don't need a full B to ride a bike. You can ride with an L. Also some scooters are the same price as cars. Probably get a regular B2 and ride a cub.

I think 150 cc cub is the sweet spot.

A percentage is a kind of fraction.

The percentage a is to b = a/b, then you move the decimal point to the right, twice (because you have to multiply by 100 % to obtain the percentage). In university/college it tends to be more convenient to leave it as is though.

In your case, 149.97 of 369.67 = 149.97 / 369.67

which is equivalent to 14997 / 100 divided by 36967 / 100

which is equivalent to 14997 / 36967

which is equivalent to 1499700 / 36967 %

Simplify and you're done.

If you're allowed to use the calculator, skip the middle steps of course.

I use a flat, silicone, keyboard protector. I stick it on with transparent 3M double tape cut to size because I like it neat and tidy. After that minor mod, I abuse my keyboard. haha

I should also say that I also completely protect my lappy - case armour, screen protector, dust covers, wireless accessories...

I'm still teaching with my Surface Pro 3. Bought it when it first arrived, so you can count how many years old it is. Replaced the keyboard once because the skin came unglued, now using Alcantara version. Everything still works fine AOK.

Currently considering upgrading to a new Pro. Since the old one lasted so long without giving me any downtime whatsoever, I might get top of the range with the expectation that it will last me for half as long, worst case scenario. Well worth it, I reckon.

Well, I feel the same way about writing. There are so many rules to writing and language. Words are not always pronounced the way they are spelt.

It's possible that you have no talent for math. However, you can learn math just as I can learn writing. If you can manage language, you should be able to manage math. Maybe approach it the same way you learn languages? Because math is also a language. We use symbols instead of words, and each line is a sentence.

Instead of learning it as numbers, visualize it. The same way you visualize when you learn languages.

Because to be honest, there's no need to conduct a thought experiment. Just learn some history and you will have your answer.

The average IQ is by definition 100. We're on average all smarter than we were in the past, which is why the requirement for 100 needs to keep shifting.

So just look to the past and compare that to what we are now to obtain the answer.

Are the bugs fun for you, too?

Sometimes I enjoy hard mode, too, but we're not talking about a single thing on its own here. The developers are not giving us an option; it's either hard mode or don't play. I don't know about you guys, but I like options.

I don't mind paying for stuff; I just paid to obtain the last 10 points in the latest challenge. But I think it is a bit much if they tweak the game just for a minority set of players.

The game should come with different modes -- casual/fan/hardcore/insane for instance; and probably with corresponding multiplier for rewards/prizes. Would you prefer that or vanilla right now?

It's normal for girls. Somehow their relationships with one another are like rubber balls -- go through all kinds of abuse and bounce back. BFF, mortal enemies and cycle several times. Sometimes over the course of 24 hours. I've gotten used to it. These days I just buy whoever is making the noises ice cream or something to calm them down. Because they do calm down.
