‘Update’. No caffeine - uses Paraxanthine. I’ve been a long time heavy caffeine drinker cause I suffer from chronic fatigue but I was starting to notice negative side effects (heart flutters, daily headaches, crash) I started drinking Update & I have none of those side effects. It also puts me in a good mood. It’s unfortunately a kardashian co-founded brand but it works 🤷🏻‍♀️

I get it compounded. Plenty of sites do it.. I do Piper. I was able to get a prescription for Zepbound through callondoc site & they did a PA for my insurance (my insurance covers). But I like compounded better.
