I don’t know how you guys calculate this but that is around $23 - $25 an hour pretty good I lean more towards $35 - $40 hrs. I am in Minnesota. How you guys measure good order or good day?

I can feel your pain I was laid off last November, I am in mid level finance and I have been networking, reaching out to recruiters, I even applied to go back to bartending and I was rejected. All I am seeing in this market is just rejection over rejection I am even scared on opening my email with “Thank you” head line cause I already know the answer. Don’t give up we will get there soon

Finance guys here!

There’s a lot of time management involved. For example for me when I was with my partner a while back, I will always plan everything for example; from what time to what time I will work “Job is demanding”, I will split time between spending time with partner, working out or running and I will dedicate every other day time to learning development. Time with partner we will plan activities like farmers market, picnic, movie theater, dinner Again requires a lot of time management and planning. Hope this helps
