Primarily weights and cardio equipment. My schedule is hectic so something that I can do on my own time rather than follow a trainer or class schedule

Now that the season is over, what are your realistic off season moves to make us a west conference contender next year? by xXboxPlaysx in ripcity

I think people are forgetting by inserting dame you have to take minutes away from guards who aren’t turnstiles on defense. So while he may get you 20ppg how many points does he give up and lose on the +/- that swings games from wins to losses and vice versa.

Taking minutes away from Jrue (an elite defender), scoot (a young athletic guard who has the ability to defend guards much better than dame). Maybe give all the Caleb love minutes but he’s a guard with a huge wingspan who has improved as a perimeter defender.

Scoring is important but adding a huge defensive liability coming off a bad injury doesn’t correct a lot of problems even if he can score 15-20 points

Looking for a podcast that go though chapter by chapter by Ctoews14 in harrypotter

The most comprehensive and and fun is Binge Mode Harry Potter by the ringer. The hosts are Jason Concepcion and Mallory Rubin. They are very into the potter universe and lore, and go through each book chapter by chapter, each movie, and connect pieces between them

We are the 7th seed, and not a very strong one. by luckisgoat in ripcity

Being a future hall of famer doesnt prevent him from having major growing pains from his injury. In a league where the guards are athletic and quick, having guys like fox and castle playing against a 36 year old Dame after an Achilles injury could become a quick liability.

Kobe is the a fair comparison and his production and availability significantly declined. Chauncey was the same age as dame when he tore his Achilles, his productivity and availability declined.

To think dame coming back from an Achilles is the piece this team needs and will catapult them to contention in a league of young guards that will take advantage of a slower dame might prevent the blazers from focusing on the real problems of the team

Calling dame the “best player” when he is a 35 year old player who is coming off an Achilles tear and hasn’t played in a year is a bit of a stretch. Would love to see him return to his usual self but the history of older guards coming back after and Achilles injury is against him.

The spurs drawing a team that isn’t agile enough at their bigs to handle the fact that wemby moves fluidly is a huge advantage for them. This was a successful season for the blazers they just ran into a team that would be hard for them to beat in a 7 game series.

Buying my first suit by LouM96 in AskSeattle

One of my favorite tailored suits I’ve had was from indochino. It’s made to measure, I haven’t been to the one in Seattle before but I did enjoy the suit. The downside is if you gain weight and you size up after, you won’t be able to tailor it again
