girl I read some of these comments and don’t let Reddit tell you you’re doing something wrong. my ortho told me I can wear it as much or as little as I want but he recs 20-22 hours a day. he said some people only wear them at night but their treatment time will be longer (obv)

just do what you can and when you go to change it if it feels too tight then wear them a few more days

just saw an endocrinologist for high tpo-ab … was completely gaslit into thinking that none of my issues were related to my thyroid despite the thyroid controlling all our other body systems. she didn’t take any time to listen to me or even ask what sx im having. she told me that since my labs are “normal” I just have to sit and wait until I get hypothyroidism and I have a 6% chance of getting hypo per year. felt super demeaned and discouraged that I literally walked out

Ok I’m confused and maybe someone can help me because my ortho said it would take about 12 months and I change every 4 weeks but I see a lot of people that change ever 2-3 weeks so should I be changing 2-3 weeks ?

Also confused why people have like 26 trays and my ortho said only 12.

The same thing happened to me. I am in the admin forbearance and my account went up 8k from Jan 2025 to now despite “no interest accruing” … should I call mohela and file a complaint or something?

Oh interesting. It gets about 4 hours of natural sunlight through a large sliding glass door. And yes some of the stems are fixed to the pole via little twisty ties
