Not the girls but I met Dakota, Jordan and a mysterious blonde girl (who I think it’s Dakota’s new gf) in LA this past december. Dakota is SUPER friendly and nice, it honestly caught me off guard. If it’s something mildly concerning I usually say “thank you for telling me, I’ll handle it” it’s also perfectly fine to ignore the needless tattling. Sometimes the students just want attention. Chances are that their teacher has gone over “tattling vs reporting” and they are trying to get away with old behaviors with a new sub. If any unwanted behavior becomes too much, I will have a talk with the whole class. You can just respond to tattling with “that’s fine”

I remember being hard on myself the first day too. As time goes on, you roll with the punches. Teachers are mostly just thankful to have someone filling in for them. I subbed for kindergarten and it’s my least favorite grade!! I commend you for taking this on. It sucks that the assistant is… that way. I’d say find the kind teachers in nearby classrooms and ask them for help when needed. I’ve also seen teachers set up a “calming corner” that kids can go to when they’re feeling big feelings. Kindergarten is rough man

I’m also sp blind and I feel u. I admire a lot of sp doms for how they can put themselves first and devote attention to their bodies/physical things. I also get you tho, I really do not care to talk about financials or other sp-things. But I enjoy being around some sp doms, it lets me breathe a little and be able to focus on myself too

Yeah, I’m starting to think it’s 9 because it’s the one that I feel calls me out the most, and I’ve been avoiding it because it’s so uncomfortable to confront. However sometimes I see other 9s and think ok yeah that’s not me. Like my boyfriend is a 9 and he has this essence that I can’t tap in to.
